Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what information GPUCattle collects when you use our GPU rental service, and how it's used. GPUCattle is a GPU compute rental service — this policy covers the gpucattle.com website and the rental instances you provision through it.

Information we collect

What we don't collect

We don't inspect, log, or retain the contents of what you run on a rented instance — your code, data, and files inside a rental are yours. Instance credentials are generated fresh per rental and discarded once the rental ends.

To keep the service safe we run automated checks on rented machines. They send us the name and command line of a running program only when it matches known cryptocurrency-mining software, plus how busy the GPU and processor are and how long the machine has been idle. We do not read your files. We also use the country your connection appears to come from to apply sanctions rules, and we keep support requests, referral records, API key names and the history of your payments and usage so we can run your account and prevent fraud.

How we use your information

Third parties

GPUCattle resells GPU compute sourced from third-party infrastructure providers. Provisioning your rental may involve sharing minimal technical data (such as instance configuration) with these providers, but not your personal account or payment details. Payment processing is handled entirely by our third-party payment provider under its own privacy policy.

Data retention

Account and billing records are kept for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. Rental instance data is deleted when the rental ends and is not retained afterward.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
